  1. Raw Material Preparation: Sampling & analysis of billets → cutting to length → billet inspection → pickling & grinding
  2. Hot Forming: Billet heating → hot piercing to form hollow shell → annealing
  3. Cold Drawing: Phosphating & lubricating → cold drawing (multiple passes) → heat treatment → cooling & inspection
  4. Finishing: Pickling & grinding → mechanical properties & chemical analysis → surface inspection → manual surface check & NDT → straightening & cutting to size
  5. Final Processing & QC: Marking → packing → PMI (Positive Material Identification) → weighing & warehousing
