Shanghai, China – Shanghai Maxmetal Co., Ltd. has successfully dispatched 76,262 tons of 244.48×11.99mm R95 BC seamless casing, manufactured to API 5CT latest edition, to Turkmenistan via overland truck transportation.
This milestone delivery demonstrates Maxmetal's capacity to execute large-scale, complex logistics for critical energy infrastructure projects. The consignment, totaling over 76,000 tons of premium R95 grade casing, was transported entirely by truck from manufacturing bases to the Turkmenistan destination, navigating Central Asian terrain and cross-border protocols.
"This Turkmenistan project validates our integrated supply chain model," noted a Maxmetal spokesperson. "Coordinating 76,262 tons of seamless casing exclusively by truck required precise planning—from production sequencing to customs coordination and road transport management."
The R95 BC seamless casing meets stringent API 5CT standards for petroleum extraction, offering 552-758 MPa yield strength for high-pressure well conditions. Maxmetal's quality assurance included full heat treatment documentation, ultrasonic testing, and third-party pre-shipment inspection to ensure compliance with international oilfield specifications.
The delivery reinforces Maxmetal's expertise in providing customized logistics solutions for landlocked regions, leveraging truck fleets for projects where rail or pipe access is limited.
